Apoorva Agrawal is a Delhi-based Advocate with nearly two decades of courtroom experience across the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and various tribunals and forums. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh in 2007, Mr. Agrawal began his career with Mr. Ravi Kant (Senior Advocate) at the Allahabad High Court, before joining the chambers of Mr. Kailash Vasdev (Senior Advocate), where he practised before the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, and various tribunals from 2008 to 2010, and represented parties in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
 
Since July 2010, Mr. Agrawal has practised independently before the Supreme Court of India and other High Courts across the country, briefing and appearing alongside senior counsel in matters of significant public and commercial importance.
 
Over his career, he has advised and represented a diverse roster of institutional, corporate, and government clients — including public sector undertakings, state instrumentalities, and private corporate groups — reflecting a practice that spans civil, criminal, constitutional, service, and commercial litigation.
