Backed by 15 years of exceptional service in the Indian Revenue Service, Dhruva served as Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs & CGST (Pune Zone) and Deputy Director of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI, Chennai). He is an expert in trade facilitation mechanisms (ICDs, AEO, MOOWR), anti-smuggling investigations, and cross-border trade treaties, and has represented India at global forums like the Wassenaar Arrangement in Vienna. Highly decorated, he is a recipient of the World Customs Organisation’s Certificate of Merit. Dhruva holds a B.Tech in IT from VIT and is also an accomplished classical pianist holding a Fellowship from Trinity College London (FTCL).
