Mr. Shandilya is Advocate practicing predominantly before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and key statutory tribunals. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, he holds an LL.B. from Delhi University and brings nearly three decades of experience in civil, criminal, and constitutional litigation. His practice encompasses SLPs, writ petitions, and domestic and international commercial arbitrations. Alongside his dispute resolution practice, Mr. Shandilya offers corporate advisory services, specializing in drafting and vetting major commercial contracts, including Joint Venture, Share Purchase, and Shareholders’ agreements. A former Standing Counsel for the Secretariat of the President of India (Delhi High Court) and Panel Counsel (Group I) for the Union of India (Supreme Court), he has represented numerous public sector undertakings, financial institutions, and leading corporate entities, with several reported judgements.
